Inspection findings and estimates are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection. Concealed damage discovered after tear-off may require a written change order, which you approve before that additional work proceeds.
4. Payment and warranties
Payment terms are set out in your signed scope of work. Manufacturer material warranties are provided by the manufacturer; our workmanship warranty is issued in writing on completion and is subject to its stated terms.
